assisted living ministry
The first and third Monday of each month, we visit the elderly
at Shannondale Assisted Living facility. We meet at 12:30pm in
the "living room." During this time, we listen to, chat
with, and share God's love with the residents.
In addition to these visits, we attend a birthday party usually
hosted on the last day of the month. Around 15 of the residents
attend this party. It is so much fun. With some of these people
so lonely, they are thrilled to see a smiling face and a listening
ear!

Every Tuesday at 10:00 am, you can join Tom Davidson at Asbury Place
at Maryville to visit with the residents there. Tom is currently
teaching residents how to use a computer to e-mail their families.
