Calvary Chapel Knoxville has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ.

Coming Events at Calvary Chapel:
Bowling Night for College and Career: The College and Career Group will be going out for a night of bowling on Thursday, February 4 from 7-9 PM. Meet at the church by 6:30 PM to go over together. The cost is $5.00 and includes everything needed. Sign up in hallway to go.

College and Career Study: We will begin a series from Answers in Genesis (AIG); Demolishing Strongholds. The DVD Series will cover Strengthening Faith and Equipping to Deal with Relevant Issues of Creation vs. Evolution. The series will take place through April. The class is FREE!

Women’s Brunch: The next brunch will be Saturday, February 6 @ Tracy Kirk’s house. See signup sheet to bring a dish.

Youth Group Fundraiser: An Italian Valentine’s Dinner will be taking place on Saturday, February 13 from 5:30 - 8 PM. The location for the dinner will be here at Calvary Chapel in the Sanctuary. The suggested donation is $10.00 per person. Child care will be provided. Tickets will be sold in hallway. See Debbie Roach for more information.

G3-101 Class: Grounded in the Word and Established in the Faith. Class will be offered starting Sunday, February 14, from 1-2:30 PM. See Alan Syvertson for details. Sign up in the hallway.
